Refunds, Cancellations & Returns Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We want happy loyal customers if you have an issue with any of our products, please contact us and we will try our best to resolve any issues you may have.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the order date. Please note returns for refund are permitted only if item(s) received is (are) damaged, defective, or incorrect; item(s) MUST be unused and unaltered with packaging intact. Fraud Prevention does not allow refunds to be issued until damaged, defective, or incorrect items have been received, please return it to us in its original condition through a tracked postal service. We are not responsible for items lost in the post, therefore it is important to track your returns via your service provider.

*Colour appearance of a monitor display changes under various illumination conditions, and we cannot accept responsibility for these varying factors.

Monday- Thursday 10am - 6pm,

Friday 10am – 3pm.

Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays Closed.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. Return shipping and handling fees are the customers’ responsibility. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping fee unless the return is the result of defective product.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

 

After 14 days you should have received your refund, if not. 1st contact your credit card company or bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

To cancel your order, please email customer service TheTeam@TheGlamSquad.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellations placed after 3pm or on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays, will be processed on the next business day. After this initial 24hr period we are not able to cancel or accept changes to orders. Please email to cancel and/or reorder your item(s). Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed no changes (email address, mailing address, or order quantities and details) can be made.
